The web binary opens the DB itself.
Both binaries live in the same Go module, with no separate repo.
go build ./cmd/...builds both.

Acceptance criteria:

go build ./cmd/web works and the site behaves exactly as before.
No flag usage remains in the web binary.

Create cmd/web/main.go and move the SSR server (templates, repositories, handlers, routes, ListenAndServe) there. Delete all sync flags and the if/else-if chain from it. After this ticket, the web binary should not import internal/syncer. The web binary opens the DB itself. Both binaries live in the same Go module, with no separate repo. `go build ./cmd/...`builds both. Acceptance criteria: - go build ./cmd/web works and the site behaves exactly as before. - No flag usage remains in the web binary.
