The visitor should be able to search for a specific project by typing its name, and filter projects by party as well as author.
A nice-to-have would be to see all projects passed by the congress on a certain year.

🥇 An incredible nice-to-have would be to filter by the state of the author, for e.g. to see all projects passed by members of the congress who are from Minas Gerais, and aggregate the data in clusters to see the areas(health care, finances, public safety etc) they engage in the most. Maybe I could use the keywords of each project to look for intersections.
